Exterior Work Nearly Complete for The Commons at Prospect Hill
The brick facade is in place and exterior work is nearly complete for The Commons at Prospect Hill in Somerville. The mixed-use project is set to include 48 condos, many with private balconies or outdoor green space, along with 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. There will also be 60 parking spaces on site.
