Exterior Work Nearly Complete for The Quinn
Facade and window install is nearly complete for The Quinn along Harrison Avenue in the South End. The 14-story building will feature 273 residential units, including 172 rental apartments and 101 modern condominiums, along with 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Resident amenities will include an 8,000 square foot fitness facility, indoor pool, plus a 12th floor landscaped terrace. The Quinne expects to welcome new residents in fall 2020.
