Exterior Work on 10 Fan Pier Finishes, Crane Dismantled
Exterior construction on 10 Fan Pier in the Seaport wraps up as the construction crane is removed from the site. An upcoming office building that will house approximately 1,000 MassMutual employees and will be over 300,000 square feet in size, 10 Fan Pier will feature 17 stories and cost $240,000,000 to construct.
