Exterior Work on Plaza Continues at One Beacon Street
Plaza renovation work continues at One Beacon Street as concrete is poured and planters installed.
Gilbane pulled a permit in August valued at $1.8M for renovations to the exterior plaza, including the installation of new pavers, planters, and landscaping plus site services. The 1M+ square foot office tower was originally built in 1972.
