Exterior Work Ongoing for New Pipefitters Local 537 Headquarters
Exterior work is ongoing near South Bay Center in Dorchester for the new headquarters of the Pipefitters Local 537. The four-story, 70,000 sf facility will offer space for training, offices, and an auditorium available for public meetings. There will also be over 10,000 sf of open outdoor space to include new landscaping to bring much needed green space to the area.
