EYA Acquires 8.3-Acre Site Within Graham Park Plaza for $20.25M
EYA Development LLC has acquired an 8.3-acre site within the Graham Park Plaza shopping center in Falls Church for its $20.25M. EYA is planning 177 townhomes on the site, including 22 affordable along with new parks and open space. The homes will be priced from the $600,000s with groundbreaking expected this summer.
