FAA Approves 35-Story Building in Fort Lauderdale
On July 14th, the Federal Aviation Administration approved developer Bizzi & Partners' project named New River Central in Fort Lauderdale. The site is clear and ready for ground breaking.
New River Central is a planned 35-story mixed-use building including 401 residential units, 5,500 square feet of ground floor retail space, and a 477-space parking garage. Amenities include a pool deck, lounge, yoga room and fitness center.
