FAA Approves Plans For Three Tower Project at Former Miami Arena Site
The Federal Aviation Administration has recently approved the development being planned at 700 N Miami Ave to rise at the proposed maximum height of 685 feet above ground, or 700 feet above sea level.
The initial plans for the project include three towers rising 57 stores that will feature 2,351 residential units, 540,000 square feet of office space, ground floor retail space, including a possible supermarket and over 2,000 parking spaces.
Renderings for the project have yet to be released.
Tower cranes were approved to rise up to 794 feet above sea level for the site in December.
