FAA Approves Building Permits For Twin-Towered Residential Project At Miami Worldcenter

Recently The Federal Aviation Administration green lighted several building permits to developers for the proposed 1.3 million square feet project at 1016 NE Second Ave in Miami, FL. The twin-towered buildings are able to rise 684 feet high and will not interfere with the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace by aircraft or on the operation of air navigation facilities. Zoning allows for buildings with a maximum floor count of 60 stories. The developer purchased the lot last year for $40.5 million.

There are currently no renderings for the approved project. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
