FAA Gives Height Approval For Empire Brickell
Recently The Federal Aviation Administration gave approval for the 26-story Empire Brickell to have a 320-foot permanent height, with temporary construction cranes up to 335 feet. Demolition permits are currently still under review. Empire Brickell will bring 250 family-friendly apartment units as well as ground-floor retail space with over 300 parking spaces.
