FAA Grants Permit for 35-Story Fort Lauderdale Residential Tower

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved a permit for a proposed 35-story residential tower in Fort Lauderdale. Ellis Diversified, Inc. is the project developer for the tower, which is named 1st Avenue Residences. The building will stand at 394-feet and will include 380 residential units, 2,700 square feet of real estate space, and a 7 story, 580 spot parking garage

The permit, which was approved January 31, 2022, will expire on July 31, 2023.
