FAA Permits Filed for 612 Apartments in Ft. Lauderdale
BH3 Management has filed building permits with the Federal Aviation Administration for DNA Towers. The development, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, will comprise 1.4 million total square feet of residential, retail, commercial, and parking space.
DNA Towers is comprised of two towers, 40 and 45 stories high, with plans to include 612 residential units, 74,246 square feet of commercial/retail, and 890 parking spaces.
