Facade Install Ongoing for WMATA MD HQ
Miller & Long DC is wrapping up concrete construction at the new WMATA Maryland headquarters with facade install also well underway for the project. The office building, expected to open in late 2022 is part of the larger 2.3M square foot, New Carrollton Metro Station redevelopment. Upcoming phases of the project calls for the demolition of the existing parking garage and construction of a new 1,900-space parking garage and bus loop slated to open in 2023.
