Facade Install Progressing for Georgetown U Student Housing Project
Terracotta façade install is complete on the courtyard elevations at 55 H Street with brick expected to top out later this month. Framing as well as MEP rough-ins are also underway throughout the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the 11-story building. The project will feature 158 units of student housing along with around 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
