Facade Install Underway at 1599 Columbus
Bald Hill Builders & JKA Construction are installing metal siding at 1599 Columbus Avenue. The new mixed-use building will include 65 affordable rental apartments and 4,000 square feet of non-residential space on the ground floor. 1599 Columbus has achieved Passive House pre-certification through the PHIUS+2018 standard, building upon a successful Passive House Feasibility Study through the Mass Save Multifamily Passive House Incentive Program.
