Facade Install Underway at The Kendrick in Needham
Siding panel install continues at The Kendrick in Needham, formerly the 2nd Avenue Residences. This 390 unit apartment building is set to open in the first half of 2019. Resident amenities will include a biergarten and climbing wall in a three story fitness center. There will also be a 583 space parking garage on the site.
