Facade Installation Wrapping Up at 25-01 Queens Plaza North

Masonry subcontractor, King Contracting Group NY, is nearing the end of the facade installation process at 25-01 Queens Plaza North; a topped-out, residential project, going up in Long Island City, Queens.

Approved back in July of 2022 by the NYC Mayor's Office, the project is being developed by

The building is set to contain

of these will be reserved for affordable housing, with the rest of the units listed at market rate. In addition to residential units, the ground floor of the structure will offer
