Facade nears completion at The Lucas, sold-out South End luxury condominiums
Work on the facade of the signature multi-story vertical addition to The Lucas is well underway, with installation of the addition’s glass curtain wall nearing completion. Windows have been fitted along all sections of the church’s restored historic structure, and weatherproofing is in place along both the historic structure and the new addition to allow for installation of exterior panels on the remainder of the building. The Lucas will feature 33 luxury condominium residences, all of which are reserved. The following are photographs of The Lucas:
