Facade Nears Completion on 1123 West Randolph Development
This HKS Architects designed six-story mixed-use development topped out in April, and soon after, the started facade work started. As the facade is nearing completion, we can see the building taking shape; the building will bring a fresh take on a warehouse-style apartment/ retail space in the West Loop neighborhood. The construction of this project is lead by general contractors, APEX CONSTRUCTION GROUP. Final facade panels will consist of masonry and concrete panels. The majority of units in the building will also have balconies, and all tenants can access the rooftop of the building.
