Facade Removal Underway at One Post Office Square
Demo work continues for the upcoming modernization and expansion of One Post Office Square. The existing facade dating back to 1980 is being removed up to the 30th floor and replaced with a new glass curtain wall. On the upper floors, the glass will be applied over the existing facade. New square footage is also being added to the site in the form of a new 18-story building to replace the existing parking garage. This new structure will include 300 fully automated parking spaces with 13 floors of office space above. The upgraded tower will also include new amenity spaces with sweeping views of the surrounding skyline, a fitness and conference center, a restaurant, and retail space.
