Facade Work at Makers Rise in Herndon
The development at Makers Rise is making progress, as facade work has begun on the 356-unit, seven-story apartment community.
Built around an existing parking garage, the high-density, mixed-use community includes more than 5,600 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space and will add another public park to Dulles Station.
Amenities include two courtyards, a swimming pool with a terrace, a fitness center, a club room, multiple co-working spaces, and a pet spa.
