Facade Work Begins for 249 Third Street in Kendall Square
With structural framing complete, brick facade install is starting at 249 Third Street just outside Kendall Square. This new building is set to include 84 apartments, a mix of studios through three bedrooms. Resident amenities will include a private roof deck along with a fitness center and yoga room.
Construction is set to be complete in late summer.
