Facade Work Continues at 312 West 43rd Street
General contractor, Triton Construction Company, recently shared photos of facade and curtainwall installations progressing at the site of a 33-story, mixed-use tower project, going up 312 West 43rd Street in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood.
While brick cladding continues to go up on the lower portions of the structure, glass, and metal trim pieces are quickly finding their way onto the main tower portion.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of retail space.
The building is being constructed on a through-lot, which spans between 42nd and 43rd Street. The development will consist of a 33-story tower section and a shorter 7-story section, connected at the base via a one-story podium.
Designed by , 312 West 43rd Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by mid-2024.
