The Illustrator Update 05/13/22

Facade Work Continues for New Rochelle Mixed-Use

Facade work is still underway for a 6-story, mixed-use project, at 600 North Avenue in New Rochelle. Work began on the concrete superstructure back in October, taking approximately 5 1/2 months to form. The project topped out in late March and crews have since been assembling the interior floor plans. As an extension of this task, most of the windows have been framed out and are now awaiting their external cladding.

Developed by  and designed by The Sullivan Architecture Group, the building will be known as "The Illustrator". It is set contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
