Facade Work Nearing Completion at 145 Broadway in Cambridge
The glass facade is nearing completion on the 19-story tower in Kendall Square which will be home to Akamai Technologies. In total the building will include just over 443,000 sf of office space and 10,000 sf of ground floor retail. A five-story below grade garage will offer car and bike parking for the property. The building is scheduled to be complete in late 2019.
