Facade Work Underway at 296 Wythe Avenue
General contractor, , is now installing facade materials at 296 Wythe Avenue, a 6-story mixed-use development, going up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, offered in studio and one-bedroom configurations. Approximately 30% of the units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, an indoor lounge, a roof deck, bicycle storage, and an enclosed garage with parking spaces.
In addition to residential space, the structure will offer square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. Designed by , 296 Wythe Avenue will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to finish by January 2023.
