Facade Work Underway for 26-Story Tower in DUMBO
Facade work is currently underway at 69 Adams Street; the site of a topped-out, 26-story residential tower, located right next to the Manhattan Bridge in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain apartment units, offered in a variety of sizes, ranging from studio to two-bedroom configurations.
Plans also call for an unspecified amount of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
