Facade Work Wrapping Up at 532 Clinton Avenue
General contractor, Avo Construction, is finishing up the facade installation for a new, 7-story residential development, going up at 532 Clinton Avenue in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood.
Developed by Golan Developers Corp, the building will contain luxury condo units, available in studio and 1-3 bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a roof deck, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by Afshari PC, 532 Clinton stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish by the spring of 2023.
