Facade Work Wrapping up for Brooklyn Heights Mixed-Use
General contractor, Cauldwell Wingate, is finishing up facade work for a 20-story, mixed-use development, at 200 Montague Street in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District of Brooklyn Heights.
Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments, available in one, two, and three bedroom configurations. It will also feature square feet of retail space.
Designed by , 200 Montague Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to finish by the end of this year.
