Facade Work Wrapping Up for The Paxton
General contractor, , is nearly finished installing facade materials at 540 Fulton Street, a 43-story mixed-use tower being constructed in Downtown Brooklyn.
Developed by , it will be known as "The Paxton" and is set to contain luxury rental apartments. Units will be available in studio to three-bedroom configurations, and tenant amenities are to include a fitness center with a yoga studio, a resident lounge, an outdoor terrace with a BBQ station, a roof deck, and a business center.
On the subject of business, the tower will also offer square feet of office space, spread across several dedicated floors, as well as square feet of retail on the lower levels.
Designed by , The Paxton stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish sometime next year.
