Facade Work Wraps Up at 601 Baltic Street
Masonry supplier, King Contracting Group NY, recently shared a photo of the current construction progress at 601 Baltic Street; a 10-story, mixed-use development, that has just gone up in Gowanus, Brooklyn. At this time, the general contractor, , has just about finished installing the entire brick facade, apart from the bottom floor.
Developed by , the building is set to contain residential condo units. Plans also call for square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to fully complete within the next few months, and the building is slated to debut sometime this spring.
