Fair Lakes Self Storage Facility Approved for Construction
In a statement released by The Peterson Companies, the Fair Lakes Self-Storage facility has been approved for construction which is slated to commence next summer, with a projected opening in summer 2024.
The three-story, drive-thru facility with a covered unloading bay will occupy 126,000 square feet with 1,000 storage units.
Fair Lakes Self Storage will be accessible from I-66 and the Fairfax County Parkway and located adjacent to our vibrant power-shopping destination Fair Lakes Center.
