Federal Aviation Administration Approves Building Permits For 501 First Residences In Downtown Miami
The 40-story mixed-use structure currently under groundwork construction has been approved to start building vertical. On January 13th the FAA approved the building height to be a 440-foot-tall structure, or 451 feet above sea level. The building will have over 400,000 square feet of space, including 448 luxury condominium units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space. With the new approval construction hopes to finish in late 2024 or early 2025.
