Federal Realty Acquires McLean Shopping Center
Federal Realty has acquired an 80% stake in Chesterbrook Shopping Center in McLean for $25.68M. The nearly 90,000 square foot shopping plaza has been anchored by Safeway since 1965. Additional tenants include Walgreens, a Starbucks Coffee pad, and Mylo’s Grill.
