Federal Realty Planning 275K SF Mixed-Use Project at Bethesda Row
Federal Realty Investment Trust is planning a new mixed-use development along Bethesda Avenue as part of Bethesda Row. The 70-foot tall, 275,000 square foot building would feature ground-floor retail with residential units above. A virtual community meeting on the project is scheduled for later this month.
