Federal Realty Planning 350 Unit Redevelopment of Friendship Center
Federal Realty has released early redevelopment plans for the Friendship Center at 5333 Wisconsin Avenue NW. The existing retail/restaurant space would be replaced with a new construction mixed-use project to include 350 residential units and 12,000 square feet of retail.
