Federal Realty Presents Plans for 245 Unit Bethesda Project
Federal Realty presented more details for the proposed project behind Bethesda Row at a recent community meeting. The planned 100-foot tall building will include 245 apartments, 18% set aside as moderately-priced dwelling units, plus 12,000 square feet of retail space. The L-shaped building would create an interior passageway between the new building and existing Bethesda Row.
