Forest Properties Acquires Fenway Multifamilies for 56M+
Forest Properties has acquired the multifamily properties at 137 & 143 Park Drive for $30,000,000 with $19,674,000 in financing for the transaction secured through CBRE Multifamily Capital. The buildings offer nearly 60,000 square feet of space in the heart of Fenway just across the street from the Back Bay Fens. The real estate firm also acquired the properties at 24-28 Westland Ave. for $26,900,000. The Westland Avenue properties feature over 50 units in total.
