Fenway Sports Group Partners Up to Redevelop Fenway Park Area

In a joint announcement, WS Development partnered with Fenway Sports Real Estate Group and '47 Brand to redevelop the area surrounding Fenway Park.

Four sites - parcels on Jersey Street, Brookline Avenue, Van Ness Street, and Lansdowne Street - are targeted for redevelopment, totaling 5 acres. 

“Boston is a city with a unique history and an incredibly bright future. And Fenway is Boston. This is an opportunity to help create a community-first place that adds to the fabric of this neighborhood we all love,” said Jeremy Sclar, Chief Executive Officer of WS Development.

“For 20 years, our goal has been to preserve, protect, and enhance the local and national treasure that is Fenway Park,” said Fenway Sports Group Principal Owner John Henry.
