Marlborough based, Ferris Development Group, plans to sell four office buildings from their commercial portfolio. The buildings, totaling 575,000 square feet, were acquired in 2012 and are located in Westborough. These metro-west buildings could end up selling for around $70 million.
Colliers International will be brokering the deal for properties which all currently have tenants.
