Final Approval Granted for Timbale Terrace
The City Planning Commission voted to approve Timbale Terrace, a mixed-use development in East Harlem that will see the construction of a 19-story, 100% affordable housing development with 341 residential units. Plans for the building include social service offices, a fitness center, community space, and 3 rooftop terraces totaling 11,000 square feet. The new development will also feature 20,000 square feet of commercial space for an Afro-Latin Music Center on the ground floor.
