FinanceBoston Arranges $20M in Debt and Equity for the Acquisition and Construction of 40 Luxury Apartments in Somerville
FinanceBoston has arranged $20,607,000 in debt and equity for the acquisition and construction of The Lumina along Allen Street in Somerville. A Newton-based developer acquired the roughly .25-acre site adjacent to the Unios Square MBTA Station for $5,680,000. The new development is set to include 40 luxury apartments with an average square footage of 725 SF.
