Financial District Development Receives $90m Construction Loan
1 Park Row Development LLC (an entity of Circle F Capital) has just obtained a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial. The loan will fund the development of 1 Park Row; a 23-story mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan's Financial District. Once complete, the 103,000 square foot building designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture will contain 58 condos, and 19,000 square feet of office space. Demolition of the existing building on the site is currently underway.
