Financial District Residential Building Nears Completion
Sitting across from beautiful, City Hall Park, 1 Beekman Street appears (at least from the outside) to be finished. Apart from the sidewalk scaffolding, and some basic interior work, this 25-story collaboration by Urban Muse and Centurion Real Estate Partners looks practically ready for move in.
The finished product, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, is 338 feet tall, and 95,285 square feet. It will contain 31 condo units, a fitness center, and a residential lounge.
