Yorktown Reserve, Lombard Update 12/04/24

Financing Secured for Phase 1 of Yorktown Reserve 

 

Synergy Development has secured $56 million in senior construction financing and $12.5 million in equity for the first phase of Yorktown Reserve. This phase will involve the construction of a 271-unit residential building on the site of a vacant Carsons building. Once completed, the $200 million, multi-phase development will consist of 621 residential units, 15,000 square feet of retail space, and a community plaza.
