Finch Therapeutics to Lease 61K SF in Charlestown
Biopharmaceutical manufacturer Finch Therapeutics has signed a lease for 61,000 SF of space at 100 Hood Park Drive in Charlestown in a deal brokered by Newmark Knight Frank. Finch has agreed to a payout of $4,500,000 for the first year's rent, beginning in 2022. Park of the Hood Park Master Planned Area, plans for 100 Hood Park Drive call for a 12-story development on top of a parking garage featuring a total of 650,000 SF of space, with an increase in the planned lab space up to 254,100 SF.
