Finishing Touches Being Applied at Uptown Sky in Tampa
The water is in the pool and crews are working on finishing the interior and site work as Uptown Sky is getting closer to moving in residents. The affordable housing development in the heart of the USF area of influence will offer 61 two- and three-bedroom units in a four-story building. 61 families will get to enjoy a State-of-the-Art community supported by University Area CDC’s plethora of on-site resident and community programs. Blue Sky Communities is partnering with local non-profit, University Area Community Development Corporation, on the project located at 13603 12th Street at the corner of Fletcher. Uptown Sky Amenities include a pool, playground, and a food truck area. Completion is expected in Q2 2023.
