Finishing touches underway at Landing 53 luxury apartments in Downtown Braintree, rents revealed

The Dellbrook | JKS construction team is at work installing the last red brick and tan clapboard siding finishes along the six-story facade of Landing 53, a $50 million mixed-use development opening early 2018 in Downtown Braintree, and luxurious interior finishes are being installed within the development’s common spaces and 172 apartments. Leasing of apartments will commence in late 2017; studios approximately 576 square feet in size will start at $1,800/month ($3.13 per square foot), one-bedrooms approximately 703 square feet in size will start at $2,200/month ($3.13 per square foot) and two-bedrooms approximately 985 square feet in size will start at $2,600/month ($2.64 per square foot). Landing 53 will feature amenities including an outdoor pool, a modern lobby, a state-of-the-art gym with yoga facilities and a resident lounge. 12,000 square feet of retail will be located along the building’s ground floor.
