Finishing touches underway at Proto apartments, opening this Summer in Kendall Square
The facade of the 22-story Proto luxury apartment tower in Kendall Square has been fully installed, and fit out of the tower’s interior is underway in advance of its’ scheduled opening this Summer. Proto will feature 280 apartment residences ranging from micro units to two-bedrooms, with 16,000 square feet of retail home to Mediterranean restaurant Cava Grill, Bank of America and a coffee shop. The tower will include amenities such as an outdoor terrace, an indoor fireside lounge and collaborative workspace. Ori Systems robotic furniture will be available as well.
