Finishing touches underway East Boston’s Residences at 245 Sumner Street, opening this Summer
Exterior finishes have been fully installed along the facade of The Residences at 245 Sumner Street, a 34-unit luxury apartment building with over 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail opening this Summer. Inside the building, finishing touches are being put upon apartments and common spaces. All apartments will feature open floor plans with abundant natural lighting; finishes will include stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel door hardware and faucets, brown bamboo hardwood floors and granite countertops. Market-rate rents at The Residences at 245 Sumner Street start at $2,400/month for a two-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, and a $3,100/month for a three-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms.
